Precious Parking

Saw some reserved slots at the Customers' Parking Area of the Korean Air office in Downtown LA (where we had to re-book our tickets)

As expected, the reserved slots were for the Top Management . . . AND for the 

Employee of the Month!!!

I'm sure this is one thing that is highly appreciated by the employees especially since parking in Downtown is a problem . . . and expensive!

So the next time your Management asks for any suggestions for an Employees' Incentive Program, I think this is one good idea that is worth sharing. =)
